Erythromycin primarily targets Gram-positive bacteria, but most aquatic fin rot is caused by Gram-negative strains like Aeromonas. Switch medications to a Gram-negative specific antibiotic such as Kanamycin (Kanaplex) or Minocycline (Maracyn Two) and perform a large water change.

This is almost certainly fin biting, not bacterial fin rot.
